St. Vincent and the Grenadines, in common with many other countries, has passed and enforces through its FSA and FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit), legislation designed to prevent money laundering and to combat terrorism.

B2B Bank is committed to comlying with the highest local and international standards of AML (anti-money laundering) , CFT (Counter-Financng of Terrorism), and KYC (Know Your Customer), and has implemented the appropriate controls to mitigate the risk of use of its products and services for illegal purposes. Management and employees are required to adhere to the AML, CFT, and KYC standards without exception.
