- General Terms and Conditions of Services
- Personal Account & Service Application & Maintenance Form
- Personal Account Signature Specimen
- Remote Account Management Application Form
Accompanied with originals or appropriately certified copies of Personal Documents:
- Proof of Identification : Copy of a valid passport or national ID for the Customer, Joint Owner and for each Authorized Signatory; showing number and country of issue, issue & expiry dates, signature and photograph of holder, and date & place of birth.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank reference letter, bank account statement or credit card statement; not more than 3 months old (for the Customer, Joint Owner and for each Authorized Signatory).
